Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

• Domestic Delivery (India): Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping: Available to select global destinations, typically taking 10 to 15 business days. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties.

Returns, Replacements & Unboxing Video Requirement

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for any return, exchange, or claim for a damaged/missing item, an unbroken, continuous video of the package being unboxed is strictly required.

• The video must clearly show the shipping label on the outer box before it is opened, and continue without interruption until the contents are fully inspected. Claims without a clear unboxing video cannot be processed.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with your unboxing video and photos of the parcel.

• Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
